Harley is a New York City based  dancer, model, and journalist.  She was discovered online by Kallee Jackson and invited to take part in her runway show when she was 14. At age 17 she was featured  for the first time on a Times Square Billboard. She is a company member  and choreographer with Wings to Fly Dance Company, which involves a range of mixed ability artists and gives those with physical limitations the chance to dance and perform. She began working with them when she was 12, which completely changed her appreciation for life.
